2025 was a busy year for Short Drag Roger. Here’s some stats for you:

34.5 hours of practicing

6 festivals all over the country

3 workshops educating around 125 people

36 gigs

Over 725 shanties performed to the public

Plus various singarounds led or participated in by us as a group, some of us singing our songs in folk clubs, an art installation commission and two days recording our new album “Tide & Tempest”, due out early in the new year.

We’re looking forward to many more adventures in 2026.
